我們的實驗室一直專注於(i) 催化鏈延長的異戊二烯基轉移酶的機理和結構研究,如十一烯基二磷酸合酶、八烯基二磷酸合酶和香葉基二磷酸合酶;(ii) 以腸病毒71型的3C蛋白酶、SARS-CoV,SARS-CoV-2 與MERS-CoV的3C樣蛋白酶、禽流感病毒的神經氨酸酶及蛋白質-蛋白質互作為靶點的抗病毒及抗癌藥物發現;(iii) 改造用於生物燃料生產的多功能纖維素/半纖維素降解酶。
