Training

All IBC Principal Investigators hold a joint appointment in the Institute of Biochemical Sciences at National Taiwan University and over 150 graduate students are under their supervision. In addition, IBC Principal Investigators also supervise students in the Taiwan International Graduate Program (TIGP). The Institute is home to the Chemical Biology and Molecular Biophysics Program, the first program established within TIGP, which is run in conjunction with National Taiwan University and National Tsing-Hua University. IBC Principal Investigators also participate in the Life Science Program of the National Defense University.

The Institute, together with the Institute of Biochemical Sciences runs a very active summer internship program that targets undergraduate students from across Taiwan.
