研究領域與專長

嘌呤體是由嘌呤從頭合成途徑中所有六種酵素組成的生物分子縮合物。在多種細胞壓力條件下,細胞對嘌呤的需求增加,嘌呤體形成以促進嘌呤從頭合成途徑的通量,使細胞適應壓力。本實驗室與嘌呤體相關的主要研究方向如下:

1. 嘌呤體的組裝和解聚機制

2. 嘌呤體在調控細胞代謝和細胞器功能中的作用

3. 嘌呤體在調控癌細胞存活、腫瘤微環境及治療抗性中的作用

4. 嘌呤體在調控代謝性疾病和老化中的作用
