研究領域與專長

我們的研究工作主要著重於化學生物及新藥研發。從瞭解致病基因的功能及機制去設計並合成小分子來進一步研究其與標的物的作用,進而研發出新的檢測方法及新藥。目前重點放在瞭解醣分子在細胞表面所扮演的角色,醣蛋白合成方法的發展,醣晶片的設計與應用,及酵素抑制劑的設計與合成。希望將來能利用對醣分子功能之瞭解及所研發之相關技術,發展新的藥物以供抗癌、抗病毒與抗細菌的研究。
