Introduction
The core facility specially serve IBC laboratories. HPLC employs the features that different components in a mixture have different detention times in columns as a result of distinct partition coefficients for static and dynamic phases, to isolate components so as to gain single pure material. According to the polarities between static liquid phase and fluid solvent, the chromatography can be normal phase chromatography useful for polar materials, and reverse phase chromatography useful for non-polar materials.

1. Alliance HPLC (Waters)
The High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), which is the single biggest chromatography technique essential to most laboratories, utilizing an analytical puritical technique to separate, identify, and quantify components in a mixture.

2. i-Series Plus HPLC (Shimadzu)
The High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), which is the single biggest chromatography technique essential to most laboratories, utilizing an analytical puritical technique to separate, identify, and quantify components in a mixture.
